Tall, sparse and semi-deciduous forests influenced by both dry and humid forests, its appearance is generally homogeneous, but its plant composition is much more diverse. It has three layers of vegetation, with emergent trees that exceed 20 meters (about 65 feet). This forest also includes unique species of epiphytes.
