Washington D.C.: Wildlife trafficking is among top priorities mentioned in the U.S.-Vietnam Joint Vision Statement
Mr. Nguyen Phu Trong, General Secretary of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of Vietnam (CPV) paid a historic visit to the United States and met with President Barack Obama at the White House on July 7. On this occasion the two countries adopted a Joint Vision Statement, in which wildlife trafficking is mentioned as one of the top priorities for cooperation.
