WCS Viet Nam supports the Vietnamese government agencies to strengthen law enforcement cooperation with countries in Africa and Asia along key wildlife trade routes through: (i) exploring the opportunity to develop and sign memorandum of understanding, mutual legal assistance treaty in criminal matters, crime prevention treaty…; (ii) supporting to maintain and strengthen law enforcement cooperation for counter wildlife trafficking (CWT) through multilateral/bilateral meetings, workshops, dialogues and informal communication channels; (iii) providing capacity building opportunities for law enforcement agencies in Viet Nam and other countries in joint trainings.
