Wildlife Conservation Society (WCS), Viet Nam Program, hereby invites your company to submit quotations for event organization services in accordance with the detailed requirements provided in the quotation template.
A. Main Terms and Conditions
Location of service implementation: Two training workshops (one day per workshop) to be held in Ninh Binh Province and Ho Chi Minh City.
Payment and acceptance terms:
- WCS will provide an advance payment of 30% of the contract value upon signing of the contract.
- WCS will pay the remaining 70% within seven (7) working days after the services are completed and WCS receives the contract liquidation documents and valid supporting documents and invoice.
B. Instructions for Quotation Submission
Email for quotation submission: vnprocurement@wcs.org, with a copy to thuong@wcs.org
- Detailed quotation sheet: scanned version according to the WCS Excel template.
- Company profile (if submitting to WCS for the first time): soft copy.
Deadline for quotation submission: 17:00, Wednesday, 12 March 2026.
