The Wildlife Conservation Society (WCS) is currently seeking proposals for its competitive grants program, geared towards national conservation groups, state fish and wildlife agencies, and tribal governments actively working to save wildlife and wild lands. Now in its fourth year, WCS’s Wildlife Action Opportunities Fund, supported by the Doris Duke Charitable Fund, will provide a total of $2 million in grants in 2010.

The deadline for proposal submissions is 5:00 p.m. on March 26, 2010. For more details on the fund, and to access a RFP and/or a pre-proposal application form, click here.
