WCS Canada's Don Reid was a lead author for the 'Mammals' chapter of the Arctic Biodiversity Assessment, released on May 15th, 2013 at the Arctic Council Ministerial Meeting in Kiruna, Sweden. This critical report helped to inform the Arctic Council by providing the best available science and traditional ecological knowledge on the status and trends of biodiversity in the Arctic, including a set of recommendations for conservation actions and policy. Learn More >>
